Shipping Policy
All ThreadKindUK products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partners.
Please allow time for both production and shipping. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product type, order volume, seasonal demand, and courier performance.
Production times are typically between 2–7 working days before dispatch.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
ThreadKindUK is not responsible for delays caused by:
• courier services
• customs processing
• weather disruption
• peak seasonal demand
• incorrect customer shipping information
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
All products are made to order. Production times may vary depending on product type, print method, order volume and fulfilment partner processing times.
Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom made to order, ThreadKindUK does not accept returns or exchanges for:
• incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• change of mind
• buyer remorse
• minor print variation
• colour differences
Refunds or replacements are only offered where:
• the item arrives damaged
• the product is faulty
• the incorrect item was received
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographs where applicable.
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing an order.
Minor differences in DTF print finish, texture, placement or colour tone are not considered faults unless the product is clearly damaged or incorrectly produced.
Print & Product Disclaimer
ThreadKindUK products are printed using premium DTFlex / Direct-to-Film transfer printing where applicable.
Printing Method Notice
ThreadKindUK products are printed using Printful’s DTFlex method as standard unless stated otherwise.
DTG printing may be available by request on selected products, but customers must contact us before ordering so availability and suitability can be checked.
Different print methods can produce different results. DTG may have a softer, more vintage-style finish, while DTFlex usually gives sharper detail, stronger colour, and cleaner print edges.

Print appearance may vary depending on:
• garment colour
• fabric type
• design colours
• print size and placement
• screen/device display settings
• lighting conditions
Customers should note that printed colours may appear slightly different on light and dark garments. Minor differences in colour tone, print placement, alignment, finish and sizing are considered normal production tolerances.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all product images, garment colours, wording, sizing and design details before placing an order.
ThreadKindUK accepts no responsibility where a customer has failed to properly review the product listing, mockup or custom order preview before purchase.
Privacy Policy
ThreadKindUK respects customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
Information submitted through our website, checkout process or contact forms may include:

Custom Orders Policy
Customers submitting custom artwork, logos, slogans or images confirm they own or have permission to use the submitted content.
ThreadKindUK will not knowingly print copyrighted, trademarked or illegal material without permission.
Custom order previews or mockups may be provided before printing. Once approved by the customer, responsibility for spelling, layout, colours and artwork accuracy transfers to the customer.
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly produced.
ThreadKindUK reserves the right to refuse any custom order request.

• artwork breaches policy
• products become unavailable

Pricing & Errors
While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
ThreadKindUK reserves the right to correct pricing mistakes and cancel affected orders where necessary.
Liability Limitations
ThreadKindUK shall not be held liable for indirect losses, delivery delays, minor print variations or issues outside of our reasonable control.
Customers acknowledge that print-on-demand products may contain slight production differences compared to digital previews.
